Megan Blunk is a Warrior.

She battles and defeats intense adversity in her life everyday.  She is a humble athlete who was born with a tenacious will that she cultivates into victory in both sport and in life.

Megan is now a sophmore and plays point-guard for the University of Illinois’s Wheelchair Basketball team.

In addition to basketball, last summer Megan decided to learn to train and race for the para-kayak / para-canoe division of the Gig Harbor Kayak & Canoe Team.

In just two short months, she competed and won a National Championship in the grueling 3000m race.
